Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we cannot supply the goods due to reasons beyond our control. If we cannot supply the goods due to stock being unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Description of Goods
grainoverpixel has made every effort to assure the accuracy of all information on the website. All images, descriptive matter and specifications advertised on our site are for the sole purpose of giving the most accurate approximate description of the goods. We reserve the right to correct any errors, whether in pricing, description, specification etc. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective products or in case of a change of mind. If 30 days have passed since you received your goods, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges will not be granted:
- Any item not returned safely in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after return email confirmation.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@grainoverpixel.com. If your return is accepted we’ll give you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Items must be returned within 30 days after return confirmation via email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping upon purchase will be deducted from your refund.
We are not liable for any import taxes, duties or customs charges incurred.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The processing time for a return after it has been received can take up to 14 days.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
International Orders
We ship internationally but we are not liable for any import taxes, duties or customs charges incurred by the buyer. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and in the unfortunate event of an international order being returned to us, we cannot refund customs charges, or import duties/taxes.
